OptiLife Administrators is very pleased to announce that we have joined forces with Total Administrative Services Corporation (TASC), a national third-party administrator with headquarters located in Madison, Wisconsin. TASC has over 25 years in Section 125 Plan and Direct Reimbursement Plan administration.
This relationship will provide opportunities for new services and features, including the administration of Health Savings Accounts (HSAs), FSA debit cards, online claim submission and many other enhanced services to leverage the value of your OptiLife employee benefits program.
Effective April 10th, members* will use a new claims fax number (608-661-9635) and the same toll-free number (866-891-9876), which will direct callers to a specially-trained, dedicated “OptiLife Team” at the TASC headquarters for claims and enrollment support.
Our local number, 530-891-9876, will get you to the same Chico-based team that you have come to rely on for plan design and broker support. The Chico team will also provide “help desk” support for TASC throughout the transition.
* Please Note - John Hartman & Associates clients will still use their same fax number (916-631-7895) for claim screening and submission.
