OptiLife Administrators, Inc. was formed in 2003, by Dale Penne, who saw the opportunity of focusing on providing employee benefits and administrative services to small and medium-sized companies.  Thus, OptiLife Administrators was created with a mission to help these organization and their employees..."Make the Most Out of Life".

Today, OptiLife is focused on providing creative benefit solutions by maximizing the benefits of Limited Purpose Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs), Health Reimbursement Accounts (HRAs) and Health Savings Accounts (HSAs).
