OptiLife Administrators is very pleased to announce that we will soon join forces with Total Administrative Services Corporation (TASC), a national third-party administrator with headquarters located in Madison, Wisconsin. TASC has over 25 years in Section 125 Plan and Direct Reimbursement Plan administration.
This relationship will provide opportunities for new services and features, including the administration of Health Savings Accounts (HSAs), FSA debit cards, online claim submission and many other enhanced services to leverage the value of your OptiLife employee benefits program.
Please note that we will suspend claims processing on Thursday, April 3rd at Noon, and resume data entry the following week. We will still staff the phones to answer questions during the system cutover.
